Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the AITOC websites at aitoc.io and aitoc.co (the “Site”) and any enquiry, assessment, or marketing interactions you have with us through the Site. The Site is operated by AITOC LLC, a Wyoming, USA limited liability company (see our Legal notice). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

Paid engagements, professional services, and any deliverables are governed by a separate written agreement (e.g. a statement of work or services agreement). Nothing on the Site forms part of that agreement unless expressly incorporated.

1. Information on the Site

Content on the Site is provided for general information and marketing purposes. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other professional advice. Claims, timelines, case results, and any guarantees described on the Site are indicative and are subject to qualification and confirmation in a formal written proposal or contract.

2. Free assessments

Any assessment, audit, call, or consultation offered on the Site is provided free of charge and without obligation. Submitting information, booking a call, or completing an assessment does not create a paid engagement or any commitment to purchase services.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — for example by attempting unauthorised access, probing for vulnerabilities, disrupting the service, circumventing security or rate limits, automated scraping in breach of our rights, reverse-engineering, or using the Site in violation of applicable law.

4. Intellectual property

Branding, copy, design, code, graphics, and other materials on the Site are owned by AITOC LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to public pages. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except as permitted by law (e.g. fair use).

5. Third-party links and tools

The Site may link to or embed third-party services (e.g. scheduling tools, video players, analytics providers). Those services are controlled by third parties, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AITOC LLC and its officers, members, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (for example, liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights).

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy describe how we collect and use personal information on the Site.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction.
